4. Credits and Payments

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use your images for training AI models without explicit consent.

The PhotoBooster AI platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the exclusive property of PhotoBooster AI and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoBooster AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
